You cannot just join Solicitors for the Elderly, you have to qualify, demonstrating that you are capable of providing accurate, relevant advice.
Our Private Client Solicitors are able to provide tailored advice to elderly clients in the traditional legal services (such as Wills, Probate and Trusts, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney etc.) and also have access to those who can provide advice on consent, housing, social care issues and dealing with abuse.
Whilst our Solicitors practise from our offices in Weybridge, they are only too happy to make home visits where this is necessary.
