Christian is head of the firm’s Family and Litigation Departments.
Christian is a member of Resolution and, where possible, approaches cases conciliatory and constructively. Christian has broad experience in all family matters including divorce, ancillary relief, separation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Christian’s employment practice includes acting for both employers and employees on contract negotiation, redundancies, compromise agreements and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Christian’s litigation practice includes commercial litigation, property disputes and debt recovery.
Christian enjoys music, travel, reading, ball games and travel with family and friends.
