Weybridge solicitor joins prestigious organisation
Meadows Fraser solicitor, Christian Abletshauser, has been accepted into the family lawyers association, Resolution.
Resolution is an alliance of family lawyers committed to promoting a non-confrontational atmosphere in which family law matters are dealt with in a sensitive, constructive and cost-effective way.
It sets high standards of good procedure in family law with a strict code of practice, and runs an accreditation scheme for specialist family lawyers.
To be accepted as a member Christian was required to prove he abided by the Resolution’s code of practice.
The code encourages solutions rather than confrontation and requires to lawyers encourage their clients to put their differences aside and reach a fair agreement.
Christian is head of Meadows Fraser’s litigation department, specialising in commercial and property litigation as well as contentious and non-contentious employment and matrimonial law.
