Peter Fraser
With more than 40 years as a qualified solicitor, Peter contributes a wealth of experience to his position as partner at Meadows Fraser.
Peter brings with him a vast and reputable expertise in a range of law matters but is particularly specialised in the commercial and residential conveyancing sector.
With a detailed knowledge and understanding of law issues relating to property transactions, Peter is able to assist the full range of Meadows Fraser clients on topics such as company, business and residential acquisitions and disposals, commercial property and landlord and tenant issues.
His expertise also includes wills, probate and trusts administration. An expert in his field, Peter is exceptionally experienced in dealing with property development cases and has acted for several major house builders and property developers. Having previously started up his own practice in 1981, Peter Fraser and Co, Peter subsequently merged with Meadows Mason to form what is now Meadows Fraser. Peter is a member of the Law Society.
