The Investment Property Team, led by Piers Meadows (Managing Partner) acts for a wide a variety of property investors, who range from buy-to-let residential property investors to on-shore and off-shore companies and trusts with large commercial unit portfolios.
We work closely with our clients to advise on acquisition and disposal of properties (both commercial and residential), negotiation of lease documentation and managing tenancy disputes.
Our client base is mixed and the team’s expertise extends to retail units, offices and warehouses.
The Investor Team advises clients on recovery of rent arrears and where necessary pursuing these debts through the Courts.
Where our clients are off-shore, we liaise regularly with foreign counsel and professional trustees.
