Partner

William Marriott joined Meadows Fraser as an associate solicitor in February 2006, becoming a partner in 2007. He is now Head of the Private Client Department.
His professional memberships include the Law Society Private Client Section, Solicitors for the Elderly, and (currently) student membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
William handles a variety of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts drafting, succession planning, probate, Powers of Attorney and contentious probate matters to name a few. He also deals with his private clients’ property matters including residential and commercial conveyancing, and acts for a large number of Property Management Companies and Residents’ Associations.
Outside of work William keeps himself busy with his young family; finding time to race a boat occasionally, and ruin a good walk with a bag of golf clubs over his shoulder. He also sits on the Board of Governors of a well-respected Secondary School.
